David C. Neumann
David is the Founder of the Neumann Law firm and has proudly served Transylvania County For 32 years. He is a graduate of West Point and served in the United States Army in Vietnam as First Lieutenant. After serving he returned to school to obtain a law degree from the University of Georgia. His primary practice areas are real estate, estate planning, and estate administration.

Douglas R. Campen
Doug earned his bachelor's degree from Campbell University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a strong emphasis on international relations. His undergraduate experience was highlighted by a nomination by the political science department to attend West Point Military Academy for the annual Student Conference for United States Affairs.
Doug went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Campbell University Law School in 2013.His main focus during law school was becoming a better oral advocate.
Doug’s primary practice areas are real estate, estate planning, and business law.

Brentley D. Cronquist
Brentley obtained his bachelor's degree from N.C. State University and went on to receive his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law. Also during law school, Brentley completed challenging, yet rewarding, internships with Legal Aid of North Carolina, Durham County Public Defender’s Office and North Carolina Attorney General’s Office. After law school, Brentley moved to Baltimore, Maryland, for two years where he worked at a general practice law office in downtown Baltimore.
Brentley practices criminal defense, bankruptcy, and personal injury.

Camille E. Hill
Camille earned her bachelor's degree from Elon University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and with a minor in French. Camille went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Elon University Law School in 2015. During law school Camille spent her time away from class assisting with the Innocence Project, a program which exonerates the wrongly convicted through DNA testing and reforms the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
Following law school, Camille went on to work with several law offices, finding a home for two years with the Office of the Public Defender in Buncombe County. Camille participated in several jury trials and successfully argued against a warrantless blood draw of an unconscious defendant in a DWI trial, even though N.C.G.S 20-16 allows such an action, which has now been ruled as a violation of a Defendant’s Fourth Amendment rights. She now focuses on civil matters, with a special emphasis on family law.
Camille’s primary practice areas are family law and civil litigation.

Barbara A. Lubin
Barbara graduated from George Washington University, and has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School. She is a member of the North Carolina and New York Bars.
A mediator and peace-maker by temperament, she trained in Divorce and Family Mediation at the prestigious Ackerman Institute for the Family, in Elder and in Custody Mediation, in Collaborative Divorce, and the innovative Harvard Negotiation Insight initiative. Barbara is a founding member of the Western North Carolina Collaborative Law Group.
Barbara’s primary practice areas are collaborative divorce, elder law, and mediation.
